New photo shoot of villas Type C and Type D

The first Type C and Type D villas have already been completed and we have made photo reports of both. These special villas are located in a privileged location within Residencial Oceanic. The villas have all the advantages that the other villas have as well.
The Type C villa, due to the columns supporting the pool, has a unique entrance. The house has terraces on different levels, facing the sea and the skyline of Guardamar. This villa also has unique details like the fireplaces, allowing you to use the terrace even on cooler days.
The Type D villa has one of the largest pools in Residencial Oceanic with a jacuzzi in addition. From the bed in the master suite, you have unbeatable views of both the waterfall passing through from the pool and the sea. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the spacious dining room is situated around the V pillars that characterize this villa.
