What can I expect on my first viewing visit to Spain?

We got you this far, you want to join us and thus visit Spain. But how does such a visit go? First you will have contact with one of our real estate agents and with them you agree on which period you will come to Spain. Then you book your own tickets, we can help you book a luxury B&B in the area where we have good contact with and where we know that our clients are completely pampered. We recommend planning a trip of 4 or 5 days so that you can spend 2 or 3 days with us but also have time to explore the area. If you already know where you want to be and what you are looking for, a 2- or 3-day trip is also just fine. If you have a longer trip and have more time to explore the area, we have plenty of tips for activities and restaurants. It is not necessary to know in advance whether you want to buy on the Costa Blanca north or south. If you really don't know it yet, we can visit some projects on the Costa Blanca North on one day and on the Costa Blanca South on the other. On day three we will then visit projects near your preferred area. It is good to know that we visit around 4 to 6 properties per day.
